COVID-19 has had a huge impact on how we go about our everyday lifestyles. Our Sloane dealerships have taken many precautions in order to protect and maintain the health and well-being of our employees and customers. Our Sales Department is OPEN for online sales even though our showroom is temporarily closed. Explore our large inventory of New and Pre-owned vehicles through our online showroom. Our Sales Team is still available to assist you and answer all your questions and concerns.
General Overview of the Online Sales Process
- Virtual Vehicle Walk-around/Demo - A member of our Sales staff can do a Live Video Call and show you your vehicle of interest and demonstrate its key features to help you make sure this is the car that you want.
- Manager Pricing Call - One of our Sales Managers will help you with any financing or leasing questions, including getting you the most beneficial rates and terms based on your needs and credit. An online credit application may be necessary to give exact deal information.
- Test Drive/Finalizing Paperwork - Once terms are agreed to, the manager will schedule you for a Limited Contact, in-person visit where you can test-drive the car and finalize all of the necessary paperwork
Preparing for Your Appointment:
- If you are planning on financing or leasing your new vehicle, please complete an Online Credit Application
- If you are planning on selling or trading in your old car, please complete an Online Vehicle Evaluation, so that we can give you an accurate value of what your car is worth
- Currently appointments are required, no walk-ins can be accommodated (except for emergency situations and first responders)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)
GENERAL SALES QUESTIONS
Can I have my car appraised? Yes, we will be appraising customer trade in vehicles. We encourage you to fill out a KBB value your trade request, or call the dealership to schedule an appointment. We will be following all proper sanitizing procedures in order to ensure the safety of our employees and customers.
Are you offering test drives? Currently, at the direction of Governor Wolf, we are unable to offer test drives as usual. However, we are allowing customers to drive the vehicle prior to purchase. These will be pre-delivery demonstrations only, and will be conducted with one person only in the vehicle, and with social distancing measures observed throughout the process. Please contact a member of the management team to find out more about this process.
How can I get in touch with my salesman? All calls are currently being directed to our team of managers. We will happily direct you to or refer any message to the staff member you are looking to reach out to.
How can I shop for a car now? Our Sales Managers and Associates are available to help answer any of your questions. We can arrange for a video conference for a virtual face-to-face meeting with your Sales Associate or Manager to have a Virtual Walk-Around and Demonstration of the vehicle that you are interested in. A manager will be able to discuss your different lease and finance options and go over any pricing questions.
How are the cars getting prepped for delivery? We've have trained our preparation dept using CDC guidelines to prep all cars, we fully sanitize and wipe down all areas of the vehicle before we give it to you. We then apply Bio Pledge, a non-harmful, bio-degradable, odorless chemical that sanitizes the vehicle touch-points.
What are the processes for delivering a fully clean and sanitized vehicle? Sold and Serviced vehicles are being treated with a chemical called Bio Pledge. This is a non-harmful, bio-degradable chemical and is odorless as well as non-staining. The Bio Pledge will keep all areas applied sanitized and protected for 30 days. The vehicle is then brought up by a staff member who is wearing protective gloves/mask. All touch-points are sprayed and wiped down using the Bio Pledge chemical spray. Keys are stored in Ziploc bags until you receive them.
How is the paperwork being processed to ensure a clean execution? We are requiring the sales process to be handled digitally up until the point of signing. All credit applications, proof of insurance, pictures of driver's license, etc, will be completed prior to arrival. Paperwork can be emailed or mailed to the customer prior to delivery for review, and all aspects of the deal will be agreed upon prior to your delivery appointment. Upon arrival, the remaining paperwork will be laid on a dedicated delivery desk that is sanitized before and after each delivery. Our customers will be required under state guidelines, to wear a mask at all times inside the signing area, and gloves and a new disposable pen will be provided. Executed documents will be sent to customer via email.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE
What steps are being taken to maintain compliance with the PA State policies on remote sales? Our staff is fully aware of the guidelines and the very strict prohibitions on conducting any negotiations with customers in person. Signage is placed at all entrances to our showrooms.
What are the processes for ensuring all documentation is compliant and identities are verified? We pride ourselves on following all compliant guidelines in the past and during the current status. Our staff is following the same guidelines that are already in place.
OFF-SITE DELIVERIES
What are your processes and policies for off-site deliveries? Our team is trying to limit off-site deliveries at this time, but we are making allowance for certain situations. Please discuss your needs with our management staff and we will do anything we can to accommodate your needs and situation.
How far will you go to delivery me my new vehicle? We will work to deliver vehicles across the entire USA. Personal deliveries with our sales people will be limited to PA, and select parts of NJ, and Delaware at this time.
LEASE RETURNS
How can I return my lease? We are accepting lease returns by appointment only Monday- Friday, please reach out to use to schedule a drop off appointment.
